At the front desk, I met an awful person, who mocked my accent and was extremely rude, he tried to upsell me a bunch of services that I clearly said I did not want, after 10m there and after telling him I did not want any extra and anything else than what I had paid already, he took my card for the deposit and said he had removed everything and there would be no extras. I recently booked with Holiday Auto, a car for the US, with Budget, with rental agreement US704307860 First of all, the experience with Budget has been the worst ever, I had to wait in the queue 1.5hrs to get to the front desk.
