Likewise, once your work day is done – do your hobbies! Go to the gym, play video games, take a nap, whatever – it’s important to have free time during your first year! Take your breaks when it says during the course of your “work day”. I use the Pomodro app / website to schedule my studying every day. Some people do great studying less than that, and others need to pull 12 hour days – it’s the unfortunate nature of the beast. Generally, 40 hours a week should be sufficient to get things done however, we are all different learners.
